Read: Psalm 96; Acts 17:28; Phil. 4:4; Psalm 150
All of creation responds to the Creator. How can we do less and not be ungrateful to Him? How can we go about our daily lives and not thank Him for our very breath? How can we accept His provision and neglect to acknowledge His goodness? How can we experience the love of family and friends and not see that as from Him?
FAITHFUL WITNESSES
Even the heavens sing
of Thee,
Even the roar of the mighty sea.
Even the wild winds do proclaim,
Even the sea shells sigh Your name.
Even the forests tell
Your worth,
Even the stars that watch o'er Earth.
Even the mountains tall and grand,
Even their rocks reveal Your hand.
Even the birds in graceful
flight,
Even the thunders even the night,
Even a sunlit summer day,
Even the rain declare Your way.
Even the trees their great arms raise;
Even the field flowers dance in praise.
Even Your flocks reveal Your plan,
Even Your love in the heart of man.
Prayer:
Dear God, show me how to praise You in all things, no matter how I perceive
them.
